Elements Architecture is of a team of highly motivated professionals intent on making a positive impact in the communities in which we work.  Our leadership has labored to build this firm over a 25-year span.  The result is that we have gained a reputation for working diligently with a passion to solve any problem that is posed while helping to create beautiful and functional spaces. 

Although Elements works on high profile projects, we have a small company atmosphere.  Employees work hard during office hours, but we believe in life outside of work.  We have a very team-oriented, cooperative environment.  Seasonal outings such as paddling in the harbor are very popular among the team.    

Staff members work on a variety of projects and often have an opportunity to be involved in programming / conceptual design all the way through construction completion.

It is a firm wide goal to invest in our people and help them grow in their careers – even assisting in first time exam costs and licensing / professional membership fees.   Vendors provide lunch and learn presentations for AIA credit several times throughout the year.
