Position:         Vice President of Operation, Project Executive
Program and Construction Management of new $900 million Convention Center.
    Responsible for assisting the Washington Convention Center Authority in Managing, developing and delivery of the design and bid/award of Convention Center facility. Development of the project including necessary approvals for permits, zoning, private and public financing. Oversee the planning and design of a facility suitable for multipurpose use for housing trade shows, conventions, cultural, political, ..etc.
    High-Speed Rail Facilities connection to Convention Center, mixed use and Retail development which involve private and public financing. Review of complete current and future requirements of Utilities ( Water, Sewer, Telephone, Gas, Cabling,...) streets and traffic circulation of this six-city blocks construction area. Develop plan for necessary course of action to relocate all Utility lines without service disruption.
