I am a Hospitality Designer. I trained as a Chef, and then as an Architect. I have unique insight to how restaurants work, because I have worked in Commercial Kitchens extensively. I understand the relationships between Front of House / Back of House / Customer Experience and I constantly strive for transitions that enhance the melding of these functions.
