The Wall Street Inn, located in Downtown Manhattan is located in the Lady Miles’ Historic District. This job required working with both the DOB as well as the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC). Due to poor restoration of nearly 100-year-old brickwork facade along Stone Street, we were tasked with restoring the brickwork to its original state.
