Spero Studio, Remote, Account Executive
At Spero Studio, I have thrived in the dynamic role of crafting captivating narratives through experiential marketing and event planning, collaborating closely with diverse clients. My responsibilities also involve consulting with stakeholders to manage creative projects, provide regular status updates, and efficiently allocate tasks. Additionally, I excel at crafting polished press materials, encompassing brand pitches, press releases, op-eds, and strategic memos.
The Walt Disney Company, Remote, Production Coordinator
My toolbox grew exponentially while working in production with The Walt Disney Company’s in house Ad-Agency, Yellow Shoes. During this time as a production coordinator, I acquired management skills including but not limited to cultivating partnerships, creating comprehensive visuals to spearhead new projects, and assessing metrics for budgeting. I’ve come to appreciate the high-quality meticulousness of the Disney brand and I excel in keeping to this standard when interacting with multidisciplinary teams and talent on set. As a part of such a large conglomerate media company, I consistently wove in my experience as an independent film director to give feedback on minority representation and provoke decisions that go beyond surface-level diversity.
NBC Universal, Remote, Development Intern
In 2020 I worked to support NBCU’s Universal Content Productions development executives. My daily tasks included general admin duties such as building budget databases, serving as a liaison for A-list studio filmmakers, managing calendars and sharing detailed notes for creative feedback. It is also at NBCU that I excelled within a competitive fellowship cohort designed to sharpen students with diversity training and media marketing skills. During this time I also conceptualized and presented a 20-page show bible and won the department-wide pitch competition.
