This 14,000 s.f. administration building for a local water purveyor serving 10,000 meters in Santa Clarita also provides community outreach activities for water conservation and education. It earned a LEED gold certification and qualified for rebates for both the client and the design team under the Savings by Design program administered by SCE. It was also recognized by the Southern CA Concrete Producers by their Cornerstone Concrete Excellence Award program in the Green Building category.
