LeCordon Bleu College for Culinary Arts 215 First Street, Cambridge, MA

Established in 2007, this private college located at the historical Athenaeum Press Building provides students with an Associate’s Degree in classic culinary techniques, through demonstration by chef instructors, followed by hands on, practical applications in the instructional kitchens.

Project ecompassed overall 70,000 s.f. on three floors. Main spaces designed for the college include the Techniques Restaurant located on the Frist Floor, Third Floor offices for admissions, academic and administrative staff, lecture rooms, bookstore, demonstration kitchen, and a multimedia room / computer lab. Fourth floor consists of 8 instructional classrooms for 32 students each, student center, staff locker rooms with showers, as well as food storage and preparation areas.
