Bachelor of Architecture Thesis Project. 

Mixed use development for downtown Jackson, MS. The program is a community theater, retail, professional office, and residential. 

The idea is based off of the Voronoi diagram. The Voronoi is a pattern found in natural systems such as a dragonfly's wings, or the surface of a leaf. 

Each space is a point in the Voronoi diagram that is directly related to its neighboring cells. This led to "chunks" being created out of pure forms. Each of these chunks became a space in the program that is directly related the other program components.
