Implantation of a volume giving a boundary to the urban fabric, in a large void formed by the land and green spaces that border it. 

The volume is deployed on the ground generating programmatic bars with public terraces. The Plaza rises.

Below the deployed bars, large free spaces with different heights are created for the more public function areas. 

The interstitial spaces between the bars generate zenithal light in the center and contained exterior voids that allow for a greater interior/exterior relationship.
