4,300 square foot beachouse residence on Las Flores Beach in Malibu. 

The modern house is a poured concrete frame infilled with glazing to capture views of the ocean. The concrete structure is exposed on the interiors and a floating steel-and-glass staircase connects the levels.

The ground floor level is the "public space" with kitchen, living room, and dining room, all opening up onto a large beachfront deck. The upper levels feature three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an office. Balconies cantilever out from the 3rd floor.
