mixed-use project completing Parcel
10 and creating a gateway marker for
Nubian Square at the intersection of
Washington Street and Melnea Cass
Boulevard. The development program
includes retail space at ground level,
three levels of structured parking
above grade and 117 units of housing
for rental and homeownership. The
design features an innovative structure
that uses light steel prefabricated
framing members. The project is
being designed to meet Passive House
standards of sustainability and it will
offer affordable and market-rate units.
