A full floor (20,000 sf) tenant improvement project for which I was solely responsible for all interior architecture efforts—programming, concept generation, space planning, construction documentation, finish and material selections and construction administration. Vetted and specified all fixtures, furniture, systems furniture and a wall system for the private offices.

As a financial management firm, the word "next" was added to the founders' names to form the title of the company and to elicit the notion of planning for the future. "Next" became an important element spatially, and led me to the concept of accentuating the circulation path, by slightly skewing and splaying the corridors and adding special emphasis to corners. The color palette is derived from MBN's corporate brand identity.
