Developed drawing sets, client presentations, design iterations, and coordination mark ups during all design phases of two multi-family residential mixed-use high rise tower projects. Met with all consultants to discuss challenges, such as the desire to have an optimal column layout for a first floor grocery while also allowing for maximized efficiency on the apartement units. Used Enscape to render client facing images that informed the buildings massing, facade, and materiality. Referenced code to design ADA compliant common spaces and apartments. Developed the unit mix and designed layouts for typical apartment units in accordance with the clients efficiency requirements and design goals.

Present clients with schematic design packages, produce permit sets, curate projects for award submissions, draft construction documents, conduct site analysis, and create 3D models for clients presentations using a variety of software. Built physical models used to design the Mingei International Museum and participated in our workshop sessions that brought artists, art curators, and museum staff together.

Team designed an off-the-grid Shipping Container Residents for a client in Eagle, CO. Created 3D models and rendered schemes for facade designs. Used V-Ray and Rhino to experiment with different interior design schemes for Kitty’s Condominium Renovation and Vail Osteopathy office.

AIAS Imagine + Walt Disney Imagineering: Top 60-at-60, Award
The top 60 national AIAS members were selected to participate in a weekend long program in Orlando, FL that allowed us to engage with co-host, Walt Disney Imagineering. The group discussed what we thought the future of architecture would look like, through analogue representation and received an insiders tour of Disney Springs.
