Coscia Moos grows healthcare practice with new principal Renata Zednicek
The Center City firm redoubles its commitment to regional health and wellness providers.
(Center City, Philadelphia) Healthcare is changing. The pandemic has made it clear that healthcare facilities must be better equipped to navigate major events and rapidly changing technologies while meeting the evolving needs of patients and communities. To help health and wellness providers offer the best possible care, Coscia Moos welcomes Renata Zednicek, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP, as a new Principal and Healthcare Practice Leader. The firm's clients will benefit from Renata's 30 years of experience in project management and medical planning, as well as her insight into how advances and innovations are transforming the future of healthcare.
"I'm excited at the opportunity to build something special at Coscia Moos," says Zednicek. "I look forward to growing the team and applying my experience to provide efficient and sustainable environments in which our clients will thrive."
With a hands-on approach and expertise across a broad range of project sizes and complexities, Renata will expand and diversify Coscia Moos' healthcare practice. She'll play an active role in mentoring staff and will be working closely with clients to identify new opportunities, anticipate future needs, and stay on the cutting edge of patient care.
"As a new principal and industry expert, Renata will offer clients a collaborator who truly understands how they operate and what they need," says founding principal David Moos. "And with values and priorities that align with our own, she's the perfect addition to our team."
Renata provides medical planning and manages multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of new construction projects, major renovations, and campus-wide modernizations for hospitals and ambulatory centers. She has worked with major health networks on projects including a 250,000-square-foot new ambulatory services building for White Plains Hospital (Montefiore Health System), a 120,000-square-foot campus major modernization for Hudson Valley Hospital (NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System), and a 30,000-square-foot surgical services expansion for Northern Westchester Hospital (Northwell Health).
