Fossil is a 535,000-square-foot corporate headquarters relocation for the Lifestyle and Watch brand. This project was a fast paced consolidation of employees and functions from three separate facilities. The Corgan team had 3 weeks (over the holidays) to complete programming of 64 departments.  A flexible planning strategy was employed once the requirements were captured. The output of the visioning and planning was overlaid on the existing building selected for relocation. The site, former headquarters for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, was actually two buildings - creating a challenge in meeting the primary goal of connectivity. To resolve that challenge, Corgan opened up portions of the building, linking them with a bridge. The visibility and openness promotes collaboration and communication among the designers, and reflects the authenticity of the Fossil brand.
