The Penleigh - Branson Row is a 324-unit studio apartment project formally known as the Angel Inn. We remodeled the hotel into apartments for short-term leases for seasonal worker housing in Branson, MO. The project consists of three buildings of 108 units each, a clubhouse with an outdoor pool, and the addition of a dog park. 

Phase 2 included conversion of the neighboring Hall of Fame Hotel into a similar project.  Phase 2 has not been constructed at this time.
