Project Narrative 

As a team we developed the spatial and visual design of the worlds largest McLaren showroom, while collaborating with McLaren to develop their new internal corporate identity.

Phase I included civils and the design and construction of new valeting bays, which would be temporarily fitted out as a showroom, allowing our client to have a swift retail presence on site while the main showroom was under construction.

We assisted in the preparation of client requirements.

Prepared and tendered works for the main contractor and specialist sub-contractors for a traditional procurement route.

Prepared and coordinated technical and visual information with the project team, local authorities and our client.
