Chelsey started her career at Benjamin Moore Corporate office in New Jersey, as a Project Manager in Retail, leading and managing projects, creatively, from the initial client briefing through design packages, surveying, documentation, coordination with clients and contractors, and on-site supervision. Prior to Benjamin Moore, she had the opportunity to work for one of the most well-known Architecture firms, Gensler, in their New York Retail Studio, for 1 year as a co-op program. Through various opportunities, she discovered her passion for projects with a lifestyle focus in Entertainment and Retail. Not long after she found herself returning to Gensler, New York in 2018 as a Designer in Retail where she was able to bring her experiential design prowess to several projects. While working at Gensler, she contributed to and led the design of world-renown retail flagships, mixed use centers, cruise ships, and F&B and entertainment. She worked with some of the most challenging clients and consistently goes beyond what is required to deliver, providing a positive impact. Chelsey's projects deliver holistic experiences based on storytelling, brand, and the human connection to a brand. As a foundation to all design challenges, she use strategic thinking backed by research and trend analysis.
