About

The focus of my professional career has been to strive for excellence in everything I do, and to provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them

fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enabling students
to develop their skills to function successfully in society.
My experience includes being a Principal Assistant for a Catholic PK3-8th grade School, where I taught as Substitute Teacher all grades and subjects. In Dallas, TX I have taught at an After-School Program for 5 years for Elementary and Middle School Students as a volunteer, and I was a third grade Bilingual Teacher in all subjects.
I have 10 years’ experience overseen an International Exchange Student Program for High School Students, where I organize monthly events for them throughout out the year, do weekly developing reports, and last year was my last with this job. I welcome an opportunity to interview with you at your convenience.

Employment

Franklin & Zaldivar architecture and Planning, PLLC, San Antonio, TX, US, Design Director

My colleague Paul Franklin and I decided to continue an Architecture Business Partnership we had started in 2009, when I arrived in San Antonio after living 5 years in Aspen, Colorado as Architectural Designer for High-End Confidential Projects. After a couple of years working with Paul, finally in 2011 we formalized a partnership called "Franklin - Zaldivar Architecture and Planning", for small to large High-End design projects as we had been doing informally since 2009. Our vision is to design contemporary buildings.
In 2016 I designed a Spec Home at The Dominion, a very High-End subdivision for Roberto Kenigstein that owns a well-known construction and development company. Roberto invited me to design on one of his lots for sale at his newly developed land inside The Dominion called The Bluffs. There I design a house that can find on my website on this link: http://franklinzaldivar.houzz.com/projects/1181190/24514-cliff-line-at-the-bluffs-at-the-dominion-san-antonio-tx
Because of over 15 years’ experience in the Architecture Industry, my presentation, negotiation, and verbal skills have benefited the most. I did design concepts, presentation renderings, Business Organizational Management, Income Taxes, Business Gain/Profit Statements, web design, Marketing, Project Management, Contract Writing, Workers Compensations reports and all HR related issues.
