This is a Design V project. The main goal is to develop areas which are under different zoning requirements and transform unusable lots into green space.
The main goal is the creation of a HUB with green areas for pedestrian traffic to flourish and to avoid vehicular traffic getting rid of noise pollution among other negative aspects.
As there were no hospitality areas, a central hub was developed which focuses on transit fluidity, green areas and a hotel that serves as the main focus.
