Industrial Adaptive Reuse Project:

Integrate existing industrial warehouse (approx 11k sq ft) with adjacent Corporate campus. Complete interior demolition and re-design to include workstations, executive offices, R+D department, theater, employee lounge and all site work including grading, parking, lighting and new access.  All new MEP, energy and ADA compliance and environmental remediation.
