This position required the supervision of three departments (Design, construction supervision and maintenance). Prepare, approve and safeguard yearly budgets (OPEX/CAPEX). Design, plan and manage all new shops and remodeling’s, as well as proposed and approve all project budgets. Coordinate and supervise project executions.
▪ Meticulously designed, planned, and supervised new Altice stores and renovations as per pre-approved project scope.
▪ Successfully assembled and managed a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, technical and administrative staff.
▪ Carefully redesign the department processes, increased team productivity, improved internal communications and ensure the deliverables to be in line with budget and schedules.
To highlight:
▪ Effectively drove annual budgeting and forecasting obtaining a 32% OPEX savings and 15.5% reduction on CAPEX for 2018.
