My present (almost finished); “Acadia at MET III,“ is a nineteen story, luxury apartment building (50 unit types) with retail on the ground floor over a three story parking garage. It is in Arlington VA., one of the toughest Building Departments in the country. I process RFIs & submittals, create ASKs (in Revit) & issue ASIs, attend OAC meetings, & coordinate the Revit models & CAD files for the project team.

The project has been under construction since 2012, & I have coordinated MEP, Structure, ID, Pool, Landscape models including Clash Detection, keeping OUR model lean & pristine. I came into this project in DD to assist this firm's & our consultant’s in their transition to BIM, devising many "workarounds" to overcome Revit shortfalls. I've created custom processes that allowed me to literally do the work of three people.
