I am a Master of Architecture graduate from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, and currently working as a part-time designer at AKT architects in New York City.
I have always been keen to study new paradigms throughout my professional and academic experience and evolve innovative design models, focusing on user interaction and the public realm. Working as a designer in New York City and India has given me exposure to professional challenges and responsibilities. I strive towards creating an architecture that is open, shared, and progressive.

1.Currently working on a renovation of a 3-bedroom residence in Sag Harbor. Scope of work includes preparing of SD, DD,CD and preparation of drawings for filing to the Department of buildings.
2.Worked on development of electrical and kitchen layout for a residential apartment in Manhattan.
3.Documented interior spaces and prepared construction drawings of a residence in Queens, Ny.

1.Assisted for renovation of Steuben hall and Engineering building with works ranging from new classroom partitions and wall finishes on Pratt campus.
2.Development of Myrtle hall building on Pratt campus in REVIT to prepare furniture layout and locate emergency services equipment’s.
3.Documented and measured interior spaces of buildings at Pratt campus.

1.Worked on elevation design and material research for a residential project at Surat, India
2.Prepared conceptual design proposals and attended site meetings regarding interior for a restaurant at Surat, India
3.Developed architecture layout plans and communicated with consultants for foundation and electrical layout.
Hiren Patel Architects, Ahmedabad, IN, Design intern
1.Drafted layout drawings for HCG hospital - Baroda, India
2.Developed 3D for residential towers in Ahmedabad, India using SketchUp and Lumion. Collaborated with structural engineer and HVAC consultant to prepare construction drawings.
3.Prepared conceptual design proposals and presentation plans for various residential projects using adobe Photoshop and keynote.
