The Abraj Kudai hotel is going to be the largest hotel in the world with 10,000 guest rooms, 70 restaurants, prayer halls, five helipads, shopping arcades, convention centers, food courts, a bus station, and a parking deck with a capacity of 3,000 cars.

Dar-Al-Hanasah won the engineering, construction and architectural management part and Areen Hospitality based in London is doing interior designs.

The estimated project cost is US$3.5 billion, and will cover approximately 1.4 million square meters.
