Transforming an old generic building to an iconic landmark is by itself challenging. Add the requirement of maximizing the property revenue stream while doing it all on a tight budget and one ends up with a recipe for a very exciting yet demanding undertaking.

The original building was a 3,000 SQ. FT single story commercial structure situated on a 7,310 SQ. FT lot. The old brick wall on the front of the building rises from edge of the sidewalk providing only few inches for a new façade. This significantly reduces the design options. The stainless steel facade which has been designed modularly is built offsite and attached onsite. The new façade is 6 feet taller than the old wall to give it the right proportions and provide a frame for a high definition full color video display. The display is a significant source of income for this state of the art medical office building. The high resolution, wide angle, bright display provides a print like viewing experience for the pedestrians as well as the drivers alike.  The exterior modern design is seamlessly continues to the reception area and the rest of the building. The floor plan has been designed with the flexibility to accommodate different size practices and staff requirements.
