The Amber Building is a beautiful three-story terracotta and masonry structure which through this renovation will provide ample space for retail or restaurant space on the first floor, offices on the two floors above and storage in the basement. The roof has been engineered to allow for expansion at the roof level for any use that can take advantage of the beautiful views of downtown from the site.
