Replacement middle school which included renovation of the newest portion of the existing school facility.  Approximately 75,000 SF of new school was connected to 10,000 SF of renovated space.  The facility design focused on enabling Montrose County School District to utilize project based learning and collaborative type spaces.  Each of the classroom wings included multiple breakout spaces for groups of differing sizes.  The project achieved LEED Silver and has been an extremely popular place with the students, staff and community.
