About

Experienced architect and interior designer with over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial projects. I have worked in award-winning and mid-stage companies, focusing on detailed designs, bespoke furniture, layouts, interior design development, refurbishments, and reconstructions. My expertise extends to prefabricated timber panel buildings and timber structures.

I am passionate about collaborating with highly creative individuals to deliver exceptional projects. My commitment to meticulous attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective leadership ensures client satisfaction and project success.

Notable achievements include:
• Leading projects with rapid completion times, resulting in a 10% reduction in on-site work and a 98% issue resolution rate. This contributed to a 15% reduction in production time and enhanced team efficiency, allowing for 8-10 project completions annually.
• Proficiently communicating design concepts and revisions throughout all project phases, ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction. This effort led to the retention of four clients, with an additional eight projects secured over a span of two years.

I’m seeking a role where I can be involved in architectural projects focused on the renovation and refurbishment of existing spaces, as well as new projects with a constrained footprint, where the challenge lies in creating a spatially optimized solution that not only meets the functional requirements but also enhances the overall user experience within the confined area. This demands a delicate balance between innovation, creativity, and adherence to predefined parameters, highlighting my ability to navigate the complexities of design evolution within predetermined constraints.

Fluent in English and Latvian, with basic proficiency in Russian, German, and Danish.

Happy to discuss your current projects and any roles you may have open currently. Please DM me here or email me at: arnita.dzelme@gmail.com
