Richland Fire Station

The Richland Fire Station is a 11,640 sf career fire station for the City of Richland. The design was developed from a prototype program and refined for the specific needs of the department. The project delivery is design/build, and involved close collaboration with the city project management team, fire department staff, general contractor and city agencies. Refinements to the design and program elements allowed a highly desired fourth apparatus bay to be added within the guaranteed maximum price.
