Active Minds is a national organization dedicated to reducing stigma and providing resources related to collge students' mental health. As part of the founding team of students, I drafted much of the constitution and press language, and was responsible for researching and writing educational content of the website and programs. My communications strength showed in adapting the club’s message for multiple audiences and programs to bring in both faculty and student support.
-Presented original pitch for club status to the Activities board. Accepted as an official student organization in March 2013, Given full status and national incorporation in April 2014
-Created chapter WordPress, editing graphics and template CSS, and writing original content

The Envoy is the Whitehead School of Diplomacy’s student publication, covering international events and news related to the School of Diplomacy. I began as staff Opinions writer freshman year, became section editor fthe following semester, and Digital editor after taking initiative on blog redesign.
-Developed rebranding with new editorial board, and pitched the chosen new tagline
-Managed section of five writers, providing prompt feedback and edits throughout process
-Managed editorial calendar and transitioned team to Google Docs to optimize workflow
-Learned each writer’s strengths and balanced assignments to show diverse styles and views
