All the main western metropolis are focusing their urban development on similar concepts, and the main one is densification, because urban spread has ruled the development of the last decades for most of these cities, resulting now in difficulties to provide services and infrastructures to entire part of the city. The project focuses on a strategic area, close to an important point of interchange for the public transportation and closed between different urban realities.
