I have a degree in Architecture from Florence were we had a heavy focus on Autocad for a variety of disciplines (from structural analysis to land survey).
While I find rewarding to plan a building my professional interests also include 3D rendering and general digital graphics, so I've decided to specialize
in Building Survey and Arch. Visualization. I can easily implement my passion for 3D in the final product, be it a digital reconstruction or a photo
editing, Autocad works well as a base for 3D models. Conversely I can use what I know for proper 3D rendering and interior compositions, implementing
different software for reaching my desired result.
If needed I've also worked on how reconstructing a model trough photos via geometrical analysis and photogrammetry.
After University I had a mostly jobs involving survey but also positions were I was asked to make use of my proficiency in 3D Max and creativity. Also I'm now learning how to program for Unity 5 and VR seeing how it is getting more and more implemented in different professional fields.
I would still like to refine my skills and grow as a proper architect. It is still one of the best professions around in my opinion.
