The $14M modernization of the Winton Middle School campus is the latest in a long line of successful projects HY Architects has completed for the Hayward Unified School District. To enhance the learning experience a performing arts classroom was added to the existing multipurpose building, classrooms were upgraded, outdoor learning areas were added, playgrounds were upgraded and a shade structure was added to modernize this campus. The work also included ADA and infrastructure upgrades throughout the campus.
