12.5 KM beach front (4 times the length of Nemaa Bay in Sharm El Sheikh).
All sea-view resort with gentle slope delivering land elevations ranging from 0 meters above sea level (beach front) to 120 meters above sea level (back area) – almost 40 stories high.
Main Responsibilities:
Co-ordination between planning department & site office.
Following up all the construction work on site.
Providing the architectural design required on site.

Working on conceptual design of offices & complex buildings and Towers, providing architectural drawings, responsible of full presentation, free hand sketching for client’s proposals, following up with the progress of projects involved in.
Identifying project milestones and making sure they are executed on time and within budget.
Creating and developing overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies with an understanding of trends in large, shell/core architectural design.
Plan, coordinate, supervise and Prepare design calculation and drafting for Draughtsman.
Liaise with local Authorities, Consultants on project submission purposes and procedures.
