In this role, I was responsible to control, develop, organize and review the timing, quality and cost of drawings, documents and construction reports as well as preparing construction contracts for our clients. Led all engineering meetings, workshops and interviews and appointed main and sub-contractors for proposed projects. Supervised preparing the bill of quantity and cost estimate based on equipment, materials and labor requirements. Reviewed environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards of construction projects.
