Hi, my name is Alexis! I finished my Master of Architecture in 2022 at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. I am currently working as a research assistant at the Carleton Immersive Media Studio (CIMS) where we explore ways to integrate digital technologies into existing workflows in the architecture, engineering, construction and operations industries. At CIMS, I had a variety of responsibilities that included producing architectural drawings, working on graphic design assignments, interactive design, creating animations, developing websites, and conducting research. I am looking to pursue a career in architecture, and I am actively looking for positions as an Intern Architect in Vancouver, BC. I'm passionate about architecture and technology, and my motivation for pursuing this practice is to see their integration contribute to rejuvenating the planet.
