I started working as a drafstman at age 20 while also studying Architecture in Costa Rica . At age 22, started working with a Landscape Architect and Planner and kept there for the next 20 years. I have done from site analysis to master planning, landscpae architecture, architecture, detailed bugets, golf design, beach hotel design, urban design developments, beach condos, housing, commercial retail centers, and industrial facility design and construction. A total of 33 years of work.
