The building concept is built to fulfill the TOR program requirements. All the rooms and terraces are open towards the water at Atlantic Ocean. The tilted walls and landscape terraces follow existing shape of cliff.

Site layout
The building is located in lower portion of the site. Such location allows achieve the proper slope for access internal snake road which leads to circle in form entry plaza bounded by curved wall of the building. The wall has openings for main entrance to the house, saloon and green gardens. Parking for 20 cars is provided within the entry circle plaza.the Ambassador Residence building covered area is 6000m2 which is 18% at the plot area.

Architectural Expression
The architecture of the building is a play relationship between the tilled walls, large glazed windows and open terraces, emphasizing the existing landscape. This type of form of the building gives the strong contemporary architectural character appropriate for residency.
