A small 1500sf house on a thin 1/4 acre lake front lot in upstate New York.  The essence of the house is a large two story living space that opens to deck overlooking the lake facing west into the sun set.  The house is waterproofed with an exposed rain screen membrane and draped in its entirety with screens made of redwood slats; where there are doors and windows these screens are operable in a variety of different ways.
