7478 is a visionary architecture practice based in Rotterdam (NL) and Malta, founded in 2015 by Alessandro De Santis and Federico Pompignoli, both former OMA architects with 20 years of experience in built and complex projects around the world.

Alessandro De Santis studied architecture at the university of Florence in Italy and his past work experience includes a long collaboration with OMA /Rem Koolhaas where he has lead the design of many large and complex projects such as masterplans, mix-use developments, high-rise and cultural buildings.

Federico Pompignoli studied architecture at the Politecnico of Milan in Italy and his past work experience includes a long collaboration with OMA /Rem Koolhaas on behalf of witch he has lead the project of the Fondazione Prada Museum Art Center in Milan until its completion.
