This renovation took an outdated "woodsy walkup" and transformed it into a modern class A office building that is harmonious with the Redmond, WA neighborhood surrounding it. 

Key features of the renovation was the addition of 2 stories at the street side of the building, a new elevator entry tower, and renovated back of building.

This project was carried out with a minimal disruption of existing tenants.
