Goshow Architects seeks to hire 1 Junior Project Manager for a permanent position on our team. This is a  full-time assignment. New hire will begin work ASAP.

The Project Manager is a licensed design professional who has demonstrated experience as a leader.  The individual will oversee the design, production and administration of multiple and/or complex projects.  He or she represents the firm in a professional manner maintaining client confidence and respect.

The Project Manager is directly responsible both to the client and the firm for successful execution of the project including the quality of work performed, client service, utilization of staff, marketing, the reputation of the firm, contract management, billing and project profitability.


  1. Registered Architect
  2. Professional degree in Architecture
  3. Federal and/or state agency experience preferred.
  4. 5-7 years of architectural office/design, construction documentation, and construction materials experience.
  5. Knowledge of CADD, basic knowledge of 3D computer modeling software
  6. Intermediate knowledge of project management software.
  7. Ability to effectively lead a project team
  8. Knowledge and understanding of constructability.
  9. Currently resides in NYC.

SALARY: Dependent upon skills, work experience and degrees held.
