Roger Ferris + Partners is seeking an experienced candidate to lead and manage the successful execution of high-end architectural projects through the construction administration phase.
Experience and Qualifications:
Legal status to work in the US, including a valid working permit and/or visa
At least 5-10 years of professional experience in a construction industry
Has experience in construction management, as well as in the field with construction oversight
Has experience reviewing submittals and RFIs
Has experience creating construction budgets, schedules, punchlists, etc.
Understanding of the construction industry and processes, including common building methods, building codes, AIA documentation standards, and safety regulations
Highly collaborative, self-motivated and able to manage, direct and lead effectively and efficiently
Meticulous, detail-oriented and well organized
Exceptional time management skills
Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
