Kathrine McCoy Architect is seeking a Project Architect with 5 years experience to join our team. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with experience in all phases of design and construction. The ideal candidate is well-versed in traditional architecture, organized, and detail-oriented. The Project Architect would be responsible for design development and project management for new and on-going residential projects in our office.

This position can be remote for the right candidate, with part and full-time possibilities.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of traditional design and construction details
• Professional Degree in Architecture
• Strong graphic skills including 3D modeling and hand drawing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• The ability to assemble and manage a construction drawing set with oversight from senior team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
