Overview

We are seeking an Architect Assistant with multifamily experience to join our team. As an Architect Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our team with preparing detailed architectural drawings and collaborating with clients and construction teams to bring projects to life.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture (license not required).
• Minimum 3 years experience with multifamily projects
• Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop and SketchUp software.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail in design execution.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, permitting municipalities and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with team members on projects.

This is a fulltime (40 hours a week) role. We have a flexible work schedule with the option of working Monday-Thursday. We have an excellent benefits package, including company-paid health insurance.
