ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking top industry talent to join our team that will maintain our company's values and qualities.  Someone that will grow with the firm and be a leader in the firm to realize potential partnership and ownership opportunities.  Being personable, well-organized and possessing strong planning and communication skills are key to the success of this role. 

  • Manage project design and delivery from conception to completion

  • Create and maintain schedules and delivery milestones on concurrent projects

  • Lead design team with design development and document preparation

  • Direct and mentor inner-office technical personnel with specific tasks

  • Coordinate the services of other design professionals and consultants

  • Resolve constructability conflicts and secure regulatory approvals

  • Communicate with clients, consultants and contractors (written and oral)

  • Assist with bidding and construction contracts preparations

  • Administer the architectural duties of the construction contracts

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Professional degree in architecture

  • Experience: 10+ years of related work experience

  • Licensure: Required

  • Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit

  • Must have personal vehicle for use during the work day

  • Must be capable of climbing ladders and maneuvering construction sites
