Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with five to eight or more years of professional experience and a degree in architecture from an accredited program. Licensure is preferred but not required. In this role, you will manage multiple small to medium-sized projects, taking full responsibility for project success from start to finish. As the primary client liaison, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client’s satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects, coordinating all administrative and technical aspects.
  • Prepare strategic plans for project success and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, managing project communications, budgets, schedules, and scope of work.
  • Actively manage client budgets, programs, and documentation.
  • Estimate project fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Assign project tasks to team members and oversee office administrative tasks related to projects.

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
  • Five to eight or more years of professional experience, with proven project management skills.
  • Licensure preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $90,000 to $115,000, based on experience and qualifications.
