We are seeking candidates for the following, in-office position:

Architect/Designer with 3-7 years of experience: Our ideal candidate is highly skilled in residential and commercial design.

Ideal applicants inform their creativity with construction knowledge, are collaborative by nature and are experienced in Revit. Hand drawing skills, Lumion, and Sketchup experience are a plus.

The candidate will collaborate as a team member on projects, engage with clients and be responsible for the design, documentation, and management of a variety of project types.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Strong design skills

• Capability to develop drawing and documentation packages
• Knowledge of construction and technical detailing
• A proven track record of interdisciplinary collaboration

Currently the range for this position is 80k-100k. Actual compensation contingent upon candidate’s experience, special skills and internal equity consideration. 

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent design degree.
