Architecture Manager

Are you an architecture project manager with a passion for leading people? Join our team to support project owners in all phases – design, permitting, construction – on infrastructure projects, major projects, and new construction in the greater Sarasota area.

Duties vary by day based on project status. Some examples include:

• Lead overall function, cohesiveness, productivity, and team focus. Support 3 direct reports.
• Communication lead – internally and externally.
• Support grant acquisition process.
• Budget forecast.
• Construction close-out process.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Target start date: Late 2024, early 2025.

Not in the area and ready to work in paradise? $3,000 relocation available.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Six years of related experience.
• Four years of supervisory experience.

Pay: $85-110k, based on your experience
